The Dream Diet Small Group Program

$100.00 every month for 3 months

Sick of yo-yo dieting, feeling confused about what to put on your plate, or unable to find balance between foods you enjoy and a clean diet? Spoiler alert: most women are.

This three-month intensive is designed to help you get to know what your body needs, achieve total food freedom, and use nutrition to improve symptoms, boost glow/energy, and become your very best self (fad diets need not apply). This small-group program is not a meal plan, a diet, or strict accountability coaching. Instead, every session is designed for you to identify the root of your current struggles with food; learn tips, tricks, and ways of eating that will transform the way you feed your body; and provide results that will last a lifetime, rather than just the duration of the program.

This session of the Dream Diet Small Group program starts February 17, 2022 and runs every other Thursday for three months, concluding on April 28, 2022.

What’s Included:

  • Two 50-minute sessions every month for three months

  • Interactive, approachable education covering topics like intuitive eating, food as medicine, and the science behind macronutrients

  • Prompted journaling for self-reflecting and self-awareness

  • Personalized assignments to continue the coaching beyond sessions

  • Unlimited access to me, your coach, through regular Q&A's, as well as on-demand text support whether it's questions about what to order at a restaurant or a recipe to make with a new ingredient

  • A community of like-minded women who are also looking to feel their best
